Results: Pass, 72% - 28%

SB 369 splits Fulton County into two districts, allowing the city of Atlanta, but not the rest of Fulton, to levy a 40-year half-cent sales tax on the November 2016 ballot.  If passed, the additional revenue would fund MARTA service expansion in Atlanta, including improved local bus service, new streetcar lines, and building infill stations.  DeKalb County was excluded from the measure, but MARTA could try for another measure there next year.
