No citizen-initiated state ballot measure process in West Virginia.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority is seeking a renewal levy as it works to expand its routes. The agency is asking for $1.595 million a year over five years, an increase from the $1.25 million, two-year levy now in effect.
