Transit Funding Workshop

The Center for Transportation Excellence and the American Public Transportation Association will be hosting a free half-day Transit Funding Workshop on August 5! CFTE is the premiere national organization for transportation ballot measure campaign training.  Register today to attend interactive sessions covering best strategies, useful tips and lessons learned from those who have been to the ballot and back.

Experienced advocates, consultants and public officials from the Seattle-area and beyond have been selected to give in-depth presentations on building successful campaign platforms, organizing effective coalitions, and establishing marketing strategies. There will also be a special session on transit funding in Washington State.

The workshop is being held in conjunction with APTA's 2010 State Public Transit Partnership Conference. Attendees who are not registered for the full conference may include a $65 fee to attend the High Speed Rail on the Horizon luncheon scheduled immediately before the workshop. Workshop registration is free.
